Ed Allen / President

Bio: Ed has extensive domestic and international experience in driving overall business performance. Ed was Executive Vice President of Dedicated Computing and he served on the Intel Board of Advisors for North America. As the President of Bossard he lead the merger of three companies in North America with over 300 employees. Previously, he spent over 15 years with Arrow Electronics and Acer America, where he held sales, corporate supplier marketing and management roles. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from The Ohio State University.

Dave Olson / Managing Partner

Bio:  Dave is a results-oriented business leader. He worked for ST Microelectronics for the past 7 years where he managed the central region and key global accounts.    Prior to ST Microelectronics, Dave worked for HLC a manufacture rep located in Wisconsin-Illinois.  Dave also spent 12 years with Altera as a Major Account Manager.  Previously, He held various sales and leadership positions at Arrow Electronics. Dave holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Don Fasick / Managing Partner

Bio: Don has a strong background in sales, business development, and product management.  Don was Vice President of Five19 Solutions and Symon Communications where he led the business development strategy.  Don has held other senior management positions in the technology industry including working for Arrow Electronics, DataStar, and LG Electronics.  Don has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles and a BS/BA from The Ohio State University.

Brian MacArthur / Managing Partner

Bio: Brian has a strong background in engineering and business development.  Brian was the Sales Development Manager at Intel where he focused on embedded system designs.  He spent 14 years working for a manufacture representative firm Oasis Sales as a Field Sales Engineer.  He also worked for Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies & Northrop Grumman. Brian has an Electrical Engineering degree from Michigan State University.

Diane Reid / Sales & Marketing Manager

Bio:  Diane has spend most of her career in the electronics industry, most recently with Arrow Electronics.  Under her leadership Diane held a number of sales, operations and supply chain roles on both a local and corporate level.  Her most recent position was Sales & Marketing Manager in the Wisconsin branch.  Diane has a BSME from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and holds a Six Sigma-Green Belt.

Suzanne Kolb / Business Development

Bio:  Suzanne has held a number of sales and supply chain roles.  Her most recent position was Business Development at Fairchild.  Suzanne has a BA from the University of Illinois.
